I run FP 2000. We installed Office 2003 and now when I access FP I cannot
use the "save as" feature while editing a webpage. It automatically closes
the program. I can use the "save" feature and resave with the same page
title, but nothing else. I did a detect and repair w/o success. Any
suggestions? We run on an XP platform. Any suggestions would be very
helpful. Thank you.

Have you tried repairing your FP2000 install?

Yes. So far have done the Detect and Repair, checked for updates both FP and
Office. Nothing came up anywhere.

It (FP 2000) was working fine (for a couple of years) prior to the install
of Office 2003. The main issue appears to be the tool bar at the top of the
page. If I click the "folders" button on the left side of the page I can
open my files. If I click the "folders" icon on the top of the page on the
toolbar it automatically closes down FP altogether. If I open a page and
make changes, I can click the "save" icon and it saves. If I click "Save as"
from the drop down it automatically closes the FP program.

Any assistance is appreciated.
Thank you

When you install the new version of Office, you have to do a custom install and not include the
toolbars, I think.

Yes. It appears that my web files have been converted to the Office 2003 as
the little icons next to each one have changed to a mint green color v. the
dark blue they were before. I have removed Office 2003 and reinstalled 2000
and FP 2000 w/o success. In additional I cannot find the file to import my
emails from 2003.

Again - I do appreciate your assistance.
