Installed game Links 2003 will not run

I have reinstalled the game on my computor but when it starts up after a
couple of seconds it stops runing. The error is as follows STOP :FAILED
(0x80004001 - WINERR_ Not implemented) -Blt(Dest=0x21a7f8 at 0,0 (176x265,
src=0x21dc88 at 620,4 (176x265) Flags:) How do i correct the problem.

The error indicates a problem with your video driver. Your Display Adapter
may not have enough ram to run that game, it might be broken, the driver
could need updating or replaced with a fresh copy.
Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the Display Adapter
device, Action menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device
drivers again automatically.
