installed DSL...computer SLOWER...always REFRESH...

hello...i need your help...

1. we just transferred our account to DSL from dial-up...
2. after installing the DSL, my computer is now SLOW...i
cannot play my music at all (i can, but it sounds so mess
up)...
3. my speaker is making some noise, but the volume is low
or not at all (but when i put the volume on high, the
buzzing like noise stop)...
4. i ALWAYS need to REFRESH my connection everytime i
will go to a different page/link...

what's wrong with my computer?! should i rebooth
(spelling??) it, does it have virus?! HELP ME

Are you using a firewall? How about an anti-virus application? Do you have
anti-spyware software installed? If you answer to any of these questions is
no, download and install the applications. You may indeed have some kind of
malware running on your system.
