I'm confused about the .Net framework requirement on the target machine.
What components are required and how does the target machine get them? I
thought winXP was supposed to have all that built in, mut my test installs
are calling for a framework download of ver 1.1xxx. I certainly don't want
to put all by target machines thru that. How do I handle this?

Windows XP doesn't include the .NET Framework.
