Installation Trouble

My computer recently experienced file corruption due to a power outage and I
took it to get fixed and as a result all of my files were wiped out. I am in
the process of reloading all of my software and I am having a problem
reinstalling MS Frontpage 2003.
The error message that comes up says that Frontpage is unable to load
because I don't have MS Office 97, 2000, XP, and something else I forget
basically any early additions of OFFICE; but the fact is I installed MS
Office XP version 2002 (Student and Teacher addition) first. What am I doing
wrong? I did not have this problem when I first purchased Frontpage, it
installed normal no questions, and my OFFICE was already installed. WHAT AM
I DOING WRONG OR WHAT ELSE SHOULD I NEED.?? I have installed both the
installation cd and the media content cd of MS Office XP vs 2002
 
Apparently you have an Upgrade version of FrontPage. This will only install
if you pre-install or provide the CD for an earlier *full* copy of FrontPage.
An academic copy isn't a full copy.

If you no longer have your original full copy, try shopping for a copy of
FrontPage 97 or whatever on eBay.

You probably had a full licensed copy on your hard disk at the time. You only
need the CD if Setup can't find evidence of a full licensed copy on the hard
disk.
