Installation Toshiba Camera Error

Trying to install Toshiba PDR 3300 digital camera.
Running windows xp and it brings up installation wizard
but can't find drivers and complete installation. Also
happens when we try to install a scandisk sd card reader.
Starts installation wizard, can't find drivers, asks for
installation disk, says files on disk not for windows xp.
Tech support at both Toshiba and Scandisk say drivers
included with Windows XP and not available to download.
Not sure what to do now? Thanks for help.
 
Got exactly the same prob with a minolta digi cam and a hama sd card reader
