Installation program that can install .NET Runtime also

I use the MSI installer but I dont think it handles .NET Runtine
installation very elegantly.

Microsofts own installation software can install .NET Runtine as a smooth
part of the installation and I would like to know if their are similar 3.
party intall programs available that can do the same?

I distribute a .NET 2.0 Winforms application
