I recently upgraded to Windows XP on my computer. I can not transfer my
information onto this operating system. It views me as having a PC1 and PC2.
For example, I use Outlook 2003 for work and it reconfigured the Outlook so I
do not have access to my original emails, contact list, calendar, etc. The
same is true for my PDA. I am definitely a computer novice so any assistance
would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks!

If I understand PC1 & PC2 correctly, I would assume you are getting the
option on boot to select an operating system? If not what is meant by PC1/2

Hi- I think that I overlayed the Windows XP over my existing system.. It is
not giving me an option to select. The only place I saw PC 1 and PC 2 was on
my synch device for my PDA. I think I need to restore my settings back....

If you upgraded to WinXp it will have completely replaced your original o/s
(although you may have chosen the option to retain your old installation)
The default choice is Upgrade which will have replaced your old
installation, and you wont be able to go back.

What o/s did you upgrade from?

Run a search, to include hidden, for *.pst, if it returns none you are not
searching hidden files.
If it returns multiple entries one of those will be your origonal OL data
file (By default outlook.pst a second default file would be outlook1.pst)
You can open the file in OL, File>Open>Data File

You may have to reconfigure your PDA sync software tp point to the 'correct'
data file
