PLEASE HELP! - Last postings ignored.

Ok. I installed 2003 but in trying to use new BCM and
giving up then going back to regular Outlook Contact
manager, I somehow screwed up my categories so they are no
longer sortable.

Anyway, I tried everything to fix, including:
1.) deleting and reseting
2.) detecting and repairing
3.) and finally, even unstalling complete office and
reinstalling

However, to my surprise and pain, even when I unintalled
and then reinstalled, Outlook opened with previous
information fully intact and thus program will still not
work as categories are still screwed.

How do I uninstall so that all Outlook files, espcially
the corrupted category files, are removed? This is so I
can import backup pst from before upgrade and before
category corruption. Please help. I have lost 3 days of
worktime trying to upgrade and now fix problems.

Best,
Dave

Hello Dave,

I think I know this problem and it is a long one to
explain on how to do it and it may take some time. I can
type out the instructions if you want and make some
screenshots to review.

I need to know if you are using WINXP Home or Pro or
other.

If you would like to correspond further, I have created a
temporary email address you can contact me at:

(e-mail address removed)

Sincerely,

Craig

Craig,
I could also use your help. I seem to have the same basic problem as
Dave. I need to completely remove everything to do with Outlook so I
can get a completely fresh installation on my computer. I really do
not want to have to wipe my drive clean in order to do this. Any
help you can give me to accomplish this will be EXTREMELY helpful.
Thank you
Sincerely,
Brian

PS I have WinXP Pro
