Installation Problem?

I tried to make my old printer lying in my store operable for my son. I
tried to install its software which somehow I had preserved on winxp
machine. The printer HP 670C Deskjet those days would come in three
1.44mb floppys.
When I try to install I get the message "Use the windows 95 control
Panel to add the printer"
Any way to install the software.

You may want to contact HP's website to check whether there are
updated drivers for this model that work with Windows XP.
