Hello,
I was wandering if someone could help me.
I have created a Installation Package using the Package
and Deployment Wizard in Visual Basic 6.0 for a program I
have written. (The development computer is running XP
Professional.) If I install this package on an XP
machine, no problems it installs without a hitch.
If I try and install it on a Windows 2000 machine, it
runs setup, and keeps trying to update a number of files.
One of these files is "msvcrt.dll". I think this file is
causing the problem. What can I do? Is this a known
problem? Can I remove this file from the package when I
am creating it?
Thank you in advance,
Michael
