installation problem with new mb

Installed new mb & processor, now windows 2k won't boot.
Get Stop Error every time. Can't boot into Safe either.
Suggestions?

you can find in microsoft.com Knowledge Base the

solutions (you have to extract some sys file).
and you have to creare e file reg after that the system
work on the new motherboard.
 
Read replies by Bruce Chambers to all the other "Windows won't boot
after I replaced the motherboard" messaged.

"Moving Windows 2000 to new hardware" is the theme.

Base article 119467 How to Create a Bootable Disk for an NTFS or FAT

receiving a Stop 0x0000007b - Inaccessible Boot Device, please post a reply
with the exact message you are receiving.
