installation of program blocked

I am unable to install either Mozilla or Firefox browser.
I can download the program, but when trying to install it
says error 7.
 
AAMOF, download the fresh version that just came out. Careful with the
updates of T-Bird tho, follow the instructions carefully.

(nope, I don't run 'em, but I follow the field)
