installation of outlook in small network

I am contemplating purchase of Outlook 2002 (or 2003) for
installation on a small network using xp pro. I want
multiple users for calendaring, both retrieval and entry
of appointments.

Are there any special problems or installation steps I
need to know about? Can I even use Outlook on an xp
server and get multiple access
