Installation of Outlook 2003

I have just installed Outlook 2003. When I open it I get
a window that says " Connection details"
Server name NULL User name NULL Port 3268 Password is
blank. I say OK or cancel and Outlook opens fine. How do
I eliminate that window from appearing? Thank you>

sounds like ldap - tools, accounts, change address books and remove ldap
address list.
