Installation of .NET Framework

This error ocurs at the end of the installation:
"Error 1935. An error ocurred during the installation of assembly 'IEHost,
Version="1.0.5000.0",
PublicKeyToken="b03f5f7f11d50a3a",Culture="neutral",FileVersion="1.0.5000.0"'. Please refer to help and suport Hresult: 0x80070003"

and then it uninstall itself.

What may i do?
My system is Windows XP SP2

Hi Alexandre,

The error code 0x80070003 means "Directory not found". It looks like
something Internet Explorer related stuff is not found. You might want to
reinstall/Update Internet Explorer to see if that fixes anything.

I might be very wrong though.
