Installation from network?

As your topic suggests.
Boot from a floppy that has the necessary network drivers for your device
and to attach to the network resources you have. (look at places like
http://www.bootdisk.com/)
Then attach to the shared CD or other share where the contents of the CD
have been copied to and then either copy the CD locally then run WINNT.exe
(from the i386 folder) or run it from the share.
