The popup that I'm refering to is the window that comes up when there is an
error that says this"setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close".
And it has the send error report or don't send buttons in the lower right
side of the box.
I know it is not the software i'm stalling because it just installed it on
my laptop without any issues. Below is what the file that is info it says it
sends to Microsoft when I click send info. Hope this helps. Thank you for

When asking about an error message you need to provide the complete and
exact text.
An even better idea would be to contact your cellular service provider
for help. Or perhaps ask for help from the creator of your unidentified
software.
