Installation Error

All,

I can't seem to install Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager SP1.

Here is the install log message:

not be installed. Error code 1603. Additional information is available

Any ideas would be appreciated.

BTW: I am running Windows XP SP2/Office 2003 Professional all updated.
 
Hi Ron,

At what point in the setup process does it fail? Does it fail during the
MSDE portion of Setup?
In the installation log, search for "Return Value 3" and use the text
following it to determine the source of the problem. Also, I would look at
the cnfgsvr.out file. It should be in this folder
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ\Install
