installation can't copy ipconfig

During win2000 installation, win can't copy the
ipconfig.exe file. somehow, I've successfully installed,
can any one tell me how to copy these file into the PC,
beause I'll need these file to IP config.
 
Expand a new copy from your install CD-Rom. From a command prompt;

expand D:\i386\ipconfig.ex_ %windir%\system32\ipconfig.exe

Where D: is your CD-Rom drive letter.

First of all, thanks for your valuble advice, I have done
what you said. But them I get an error mge,
ERROR IN COMPRESSED INPUT FILE FORMAT: D:\I386
\IPCONFIG.EX_. can you kindly give futher advice please.
