Install WSUS 3.1 on x64 Windows Server 2008 datacenter failed.

We use Windows Server 2008 as front-end WSUS Server. We also use SQL Server
2005 sp3 on a Windows Server 2003 as back-end database. The WSUS installation
failed at connect to database. It gave a SQL server does not exist or access
denied error.

The account we use to install WSUS is a sysadmin on SQL Server. We followed
the instruction for WSUS installation with remote database.

The server we trying to install WSUS is also a site server in our SCCM R2.
It's a distribution point and a multi-cast server.

Anybody can help?
