As long as the system meets 2000 requirements you should be able to install.

Upgrade from Pro to Server not possible!
Bite the BULLET & clean install...or off course choose to perform a PARALLEL
installation...so you can use BOTH versions (if that is OK)! If you install
the Server Version with the Pro Version intact...DO NOT install iton the
same partition as the Pro version!
