install windos 2000

I have just upgraded my PC with Windows XP

I have Partition Magic
and want to install a dual booy system with Windows 2000

I get a message whenI try and install the windows 2000 CD
that this is an old version of Windows. Any ideas please

you are presently using
setup functionality from the disks will be disabled
