install win2k on C:\ , there is win xp on D:\

I have win 98 on C:\ and win xp on D:\. I wish I can
install win2k on C:\ instead of win 98 and keep win xp as
it is.

U can have what u require but the only thing in mind you
have to keep is that once you install W2K your winXP will
stop working....so for that you have to copy NTLDR and
NTDETECT.com from XP CD to the C:\ once u finish
installing W2K.
because Win XP detects the w2k version of these files
and doesnt comes up.
