Install UPNP and IGDDC

I have been trying to install UPNP functionality in VIsta but unlike XP there
is not addtinal networking stuff to loaded via Windows Features. I also do
not see my Internet Connection icon in Network Centre either.

Help info suggests allowing UPNP Framework as an exception in Windows
Firewall but that entry is not present.

Any suggestions
