Install updates made my server reboot

I'm using Windows 2000 SP3 for my IIS web server. I
install patch 818529, 823559,822679, 819696 and 817606 on
my 2 web servers.
Since that, my servers are rebooting by themself. I got a
save dump that was saying:

stop 0x0000007f
Unexpected_Kernel_mode_trap

Is there any problem with one of those patch? Everything
was working wonderful before. I also use terminal service
in Remote administration on those machine.
