Install under AT&T

I cannot find the documentation for setup of Outlook using AT&T as my main
email provider. I have used the WURD documentation provided by AT&T but on
sending a test message I receive "
Task 'postoffice.worldnet.att.net - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) :
'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."
Are there direct instructions out there for AT&T email setup under Outlook?
 
According to http://www.slipstick.com/problems/errorcode.htm, that error code
can be caused by antivirus software scanning e-mail messages, or by antispam
programs. See the article for full info.
