How do I install Windows 2000 after I've installed XP?

(above technique works with Windows Server as well)

If you have Partition Magic 8.0 you can create a hidden partition to install
W2k Server and boot to it using PQ Boot for Windows included in the program.
It works very well and you don't mess with the XP bootloader. You change
OS's from within each of them and when you are in XP, 2k Server is hidden,
and in 2k Server, XP is hidden. I use it with a 98SE install that I did
after installing XP and it works great.
