install the sp's through the network ???

Hi,
do you know any way to install the sp's through the network (LAN), without
have to go pc by pc?
Someone had told me about SUS, but this one doesn't update sp's, another one
told me about a web server?
Do you known something about that or another way?

use GPOs for SP deployment. SUS is better for windows updates.
