Install telephony service?

Hi
I have installed a siemens TAPI driver on a pc with windows xp professional, because I am using it as a CTI server, but i need the service telephony that excists in windows 2000 server. It is located on a windows 2000 server in the controlpanel > administration > computeradministration > services and applications

is there any way i can install that service on a windows XP professional

or do i need to reinstall the pc with win 2000 server in order to get that service?
