Your post is somewhat confusing because one can't determine whether, after
installing the Motorola software, your PC refuses to restart. Perhaps you
can clarify?
As for the 'can't verify publisher' message this is more than likely due to
the fact that Motorola's drivers didn't go through the Microsoft Driver
testing. Because Microsoft charge the manufacturer for the testing of their
drivers many just don't bother and simply bundle the drivers with the
software and hope for the best. All you are being told is that Vista doesn't
recognise the publisher of the driver from its list. If you are confident
that you have genuine software then click OK or Continue (I'm not sure what
buttons are available on this message) to allow the driver(s) to install.
