install RIS in windows XP

Hello Shoba,

While it is posible to have Windows XP RIS images, you can not use Windows
XP as a RIS server.

No, RIS is a server side application only.

RIS is a server product (either Windows 2000 Server editions or Windows
Server 2003 editions) to support remote installation of on PXE enabled
clients (and non-PXE enabled clients with the RBFG floppy). It can be used
to deploy Windows 2000 Professional Clients and Windows XP Professional
clients.
