Folks

I'am having a real problem installing BCM on what is probably a
pristine Outlook 2003 / Win XP system...

I have gone through the initial install procedure / restart / wizard
and now whenever I start Oulook I get an application crash in the
"finalizing business contact manager for outlook configuration" wizard,
in effect locking me out of Outlook altogether...

Any duggestion / help most welcome

Hi Alex

Try creating a new Outlook profile and see if BCM works then
Take a look at the following KB for more info:

Also, make sure you are not running .NET Framework 2.0

Hi

BCM Version 2 is not compatible with .NET Framework 2.0. I recommend, if
possible, uninstalling it and then try BCM again
