i've downloaded the XPe Trailversion inc. Sp2 refresh Update and want to install the os on the following thin client system(s):
Fujitsu Siemens Futro S200
800mhz Transmeta CPU
256Mb Ram
512 MB CompactFlash Disk
I want to use pxe Boot do deploy the software on the Flashdisk. But i'm not able to do this.
After FBA i'm getting the message "SaveHive(.Default) failed".
Using the MS Article http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms838543.aspx results in a failure message that the hal.dll is missing ( but the file is there ! )
the boot.ini on the pxe server looks like that :
[boot loader]
timeout=0
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Embedded" /fastdetect
Can anyoune help me please to get my system running ?
