install problem for 2003 upgrade

I have office 2003 on my pc, just re-installed with a new hard drive, i cant
install my fp 2003 upgrade disk because it is looking for an older version of
office, which i dont have i have office 2003. I also cant find my old
frontpage 98 original cd. Any help would b appreciated.
 
You will need to find your qualifying full FP version
- no way around it
