Install Outlook 2003 on a new computer

I have bought a new computer. Installed Outlook 2003 on it and have import
my calendar & contact. I want to import only some of my email which resides
in different folders in my old Outlook installation. Is there a way to do
this? If so, any help would be greatly arrpeciated.

Never import from a PST. You lose information. The correct methis is to
open the old PST with File>Open>Outlook Data File and then just
drag-and-drop or copy the data you want to the new PST. When you've gont
everything you want, close the old PST.
