Install Office Web Components for Office 2000?

Hi, I need to use excel in a project, and I need to install Office Web
Components. We are using office 2000, and I can't find any Office Web
Components downloads for office 2000 (I know that OWC for office xp can
be downloaded from MS website).

How to install Office Web Components only, without installing office? Or
is there any separate downloads of OWC for office 2000?
