Install of SpyShot

With xp Home Edition I have tried to install and get images from SpyShot
digital camera. Marketed by 2006 Sakar International, Inc. I get a 1606
error cannoe find %USERPROFILE\Start Menu\Programs\Startup ! Any suggestions
will be appreciated. John R
 
Yes I have contacted the support group and they say they are very busy due
to Xmas. Awaiting a reply! Any other suggestions while I wait?
 
take it back for a refund
and buy a different brand....

if they are overwhelmed with
calls, they are not holiday wishes
but instead due to crappy products...

they are likely giving everyone the
same brush off as well.....
