Install .NETcf v2.0 with App

I've created a setup package (Smart Device CAB) for my app, which generates a
CAB. I've also included the .NETcf v2.0 CAB, so now when I run the setup by
clicking the app setup CAB, it puts the .NETcf CAB out there. Then I have to
click the .NETcf CAB to install it. This works fine.

My question is: Is there a way to have the app setup CAB run the .NETcf CAB
automatically?

Any help is greatly appreciated,

If your platform is Windows Mobile 5.0, you'll need to affect a
workaround as only once instance of wceload.exe can run at a time.
