Install NAV 2004 over System works 2002

Hi,
When trying to install NAV 2004 over System works 2002 I found that on my
system the two are incompatible. Alone they work perfectly, but if both are
installed and activated, regardless in which order, the PC is crashing
during startup.
My system is a P III 866, Windows 98 SE

Any clues?

1 Uninstall NSW 2002 via Add/Remove programs. Reboot.

2 Download and run Symclean from here:

3 Install NAV 2004
