Install MS updates from Server

Is there a way that I can install MS updates from our
server to all of the workstations here at work? We are
running Windows 2000 for the servers and Windows XP for
all of the client computers. I know that I could setup
all of the workstations to automatically update but there
are some updates that I don't want on some computers.
