Install MM2?

[The Phantom of the Bosque]

I cannot get MM2 to install after I download the needed file from Microsoft.

I have searched for solutions but all I see is check the Papa John website.

Unfortunately, I cannot get that web site to open so I cannot see what
solution
it proposes.

I will be grateful if anyone can assist in the resolution of this problem.

The website was down for a short while and is presently back on-line.
