Hi there I had running a Asus P4C800 Deluxe with Radeon 9600 Card
and one 512mb Ram 3200 stick for about a year
changed Ram stick for a 1 gb stick
it bleeped on boot up- no screen so i thought the ram wasnt compatable
or didn't work so I put back the 512mb stick and I still get the same
-no screen no boot up and now now bleeps only voice message says
"system failed cpu test"
Has this stick of 1gb ram damaged motherboard or something !
all I did was change the memory stick!!, my first combo change on this board !

Swapping RAM like that should not have damaged anything. Did you
try your 512MB module in all 4 sockets? Did you try clearing the
CMOS battery?

Did you nuge anything out of place? Try reseating things...

Does the radeon require an extra PSU lead?

I bet you removed the 512 from slot 3 and then put the 1Gb in either slot 1,
2, or 4. SOme motherboards insist on having certain DIMM slot occupied in
order for themto boot; try it in each slot or check the manual.
