i tried to remove a software but it gave me an
error "Unable to locate install.log" file. Then i
reinstalled it and removed it. It was removed but it does
not disappear from add remove programs. Is there any way
to remove it from there?

You installed it to a different location the second time around.

To do what you wanted to do, you MUST install it the second time to the
original location - then immediately uninstall it, rebooting in-between if
instructed to do so.
