Install FlashGet...

I have used FlashGet for some time now, but uninstalled it
the other day.When I uninstalled it,I think a box came up
and asked if I want to delete something else related to
this program.....I did... I can't remember what that was
exactly.Now when I download it again, it can be used only
once....The next time I click on it, a message comes up
saying :" c:\Program files\flashget.exe This application
has failed to start Because the application configuration
is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem". It doesn't. Can someone help me here in plain
english that I can understand ? Is there a way I can
install it to stay on my computer? Many thanks for a
reply. (Sorry, FlashGet is a download Manager).
