Install files on multiple computers

is their any free software anywhere, which allows me to
intall software to all computers on the newtwork with out
inturupting the users?

I do not think that you will get freeware for this, but professional
network software like Netware contains software for this purpose.
However, as I know from the company I work at, you should not install
anything remotely while users are working on the machines. Our tech
staff usually does this in interaction with the users or at times
where they can be sure that nobody is using the computers.
 
I dont think it is possible because it would need to
access the RAM of each machine and some software requires
a reboot to access locked system files, so it would have
to interupt the user.
