install error and making a windows disk boot like pre-built systems

when trying to install xp on my computer (amd 1500xp,k7s5a chipset with american trends bios ,256 mb ram,brand new 80 g maxtor h/d, geforce 2 mx graphics
i get error : *** stop: 0*0000007b (0*c0000034, 0*00000000, 0*00000000

i beleive that this means that i need to upgrade my bios to be able to install xp but cant find the software to do it and also dont know how to do it. do u just boot a flashing program like you do with a windows boot disk?and does anyone know if im on the right track to overcomming this problem and where to get the program from

Also i am lookin to start my own computer business and am looking for information on how to make windows disks like the ones that come with pre-built systems

Unless your new computer business is going to be the size of Dell or
Gateway, you won't be making disks like the pre-built systems.
