"Install Error 1327" Help

-I just tried to install the software onto a workstation.
This workstation is used on a Novell system, but is not
currently hooked up to it. During the installation it
gives me an error "1327" "Invalid Drive h:\". There is
no drive h: mapped or other wise. Any help would be
appreciated.

I am getting the same 1327 error. I am not using Novel,
only Windows network and XP (latest patches). Mine say
Drive Q: I remove the map to drive Q and get the same
issue.

sure they are best for your situation.

Are you, in fact, logging on as an administrator on that workstation? That
is what I would try first.

I am logging in with a main account that has administrator
privileges.

It certainly wouldn't hurt to try with the actual administrator account on
that workstation.

I don't have a lot of faith in the KB article, I'm afraid--you could look in
the registry and see whether you see the conditions they mention--i.e. find
the invalid drive listed at those locations.
