Hardware-wise, install the DVD burner according to instructions provided
with it. Whether the burner is ide, usb, or firewire is pertinent. As is
when to install the burning software for the DVD burner so it can burn DVDs.
A case could be the PC case, or an external case using USB or firewire.
A firmware update may be needed in some situations.
