Install devices permission

Hi,

I am running Win2k Server. I changed the name of the
built-in Administrators account to "System Administrators"
at the request of a customer. Now, when I am logged on as
a member of this group, I can't add new hardware. I get a
message saying "You do not have sufficient security
privileges to install devices on this computer. Please
contact your site administrator, or logout and log in
again as an administrator and try again." If anyone can
give me a clue as to how I can fix this, I'd really
appreciate it.

There was someone else here not too long ago posting similar problems. Try renaming
the group back to administrators. You might also try going into security policy/local
policies/user rights assignments to see what groups are listed there. --- Steve
